SECTION 1: FIREARMS – ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS
1.1 ALL FIREARM SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The Trigger Store does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any firearm, receiver, frame, or lower parts kit containing a serialized component. This policy applies regardless of condition, including:
- New, unfired firearms
- Display models
- Special orders
- Discontinued models
- Limited editions
- Factory seconds
1.2 INSPECT BEFORE YOU ACCEPT TRANSFER.
You have one opportunity to inspect your firearm: at your FFL dealer, BEFORE completing ATF Form 4473 and NICS background check.
Once you sign the Form 4473 and take possession of the firearm, ownership transfers to you. The Trigger Store cannot accept returns for any reason after transfer is complete.
1.3 DEFECTIVE FIREARMS – WARRANTY ONLY.
If your firearm is defective, The Trigger Store does not provide warranty service. Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. We will provide manufacturer contact information upon request.
Most manufacturers offer warranties ranging from 1 year to lifetime coverage. You are responsible for:
- Contacting the manufacturer
- Obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- Shipping costs to the manufacturer
- Any applicable service fees
1.4 FFL REFUSAL POLICY.
If your selected FFL dealer refuses to accept transfer of your firearm for any reason—including but not limited to:
- Legal restrictions in your jurisdiction
- Store policy conflicts
- Incomplete or incorrect paperwork
- Refusal to transfer specific makes/models
You are responsible for:

Any remaining balance after deductions will be issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY. No cash refunds.
1.5 FIREARM ORDER CANCELLATIONS.
Firearm orders cannot be canceled once payment is processed. If you refuse delivery or fail to complete transfer, the FFL Refusal Policy (Section 1.4) applies.
SECTION 2: AMMUNITION – ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS
2.1 ALL AMMUNITION SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The Trigger Store does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any ammunition, including:
- Unopened boxes
- Factory-sealed cases
- Bulk packs
- Sample packs
- Specialty/defensive ammunition
- Reloading components
2.2 DEFECTIVE AMMUNITION.
If you experience issues with ammunition purchased from us:
- STOP USING THE PRODUCT IMMEDIATELY.
- Contact the manufacturer directly with lot number and purchase information.
- Manufacturers typically require the remaining product for testing.
We will provide manufacturer contact information and assist with documentation but cannot accept returns of ammunition for any reason.
2.3 AMMUNITION ORDER CANCELLATIONS.
Ammunition orders cannot be canceled once placed. By completing checkout, you agree to these terms.
SECTION 3: NON-REGULATED ITEMS – 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
3.1 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.
To qualify for return, non-regulated items must meet ALL the following criteria:

3.2 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS.
The following non-regulated items are NOT eligible for return:
- Optics that have been mounted or show signs of installation
- Holsters that have been worn, formed, or modified
- Lights/lasers that have been installed on a firearm
- Electrical components that have been powered on
- Software or downloadable products
- Clearance, closeout, or discontinued items (marked FINAL SALE)
- Custom or special-order items
- Gift cards
3.3 RESTOCKING FEE.
ALL authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, calculated as:
Restocking Fee = (Product Purchase Price) × 0.25
This fee is non-waivable and non-negotiable.
3.4 RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.
Customer is responsible for ALL return shipping costs. We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping method
- Purchasing insurance for the full value of the item
- Retaining your tracking number
The Trigger Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
3.5 NON-COMPLIANT RETURNS.
Items received that do not meet eligibility requirements will be:
- Photographed for documentation
- Refused and returned to sender at customer’s expense
- No refund or credit issued
3.6 DEFECTIVE NON-REGULATED ITEMS.
If your non-regulated item is defective:
- Within 30 days: Contact us for return authorization. Warranty replacement handled through manufacturer.
- After 30 days: All warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
SECTION 4: HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
4.1 AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED.
DO NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS TO US WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
Unauthorized shipments will be refused and returned to sender at customer’s expense.
4.2 RETURN PROCESS.

Authorized returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Refunds typically appear within 3-10 business days after processing, depending on your financial institution.

SECTION 6: ORDER CANCELLATIONS

6.2 PROCESSED ORDERS.
Once an order is processed and allocated to inventory, it cannot be canceled. This includes:
- Orders in “Processing” status
- Orders awaiting FFL submission
- Orders awaiting inventory allocation
- Pre-orders
6.3 REFUSED DELIVERY.
If you refuse delivery of a shipped order:
- Return shipping costs will be deducted
- 25% restocking fee applies
- Balance refunded as store credit only
- No cash refunds
SECTION 7: PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
7.1 NO RETROACTIVE PRICE MATCHING.
We do not offer retroactive price adjustments or refunds for:
- Items that go on sale after your purchase
- Competitor pricing
- Coupon codes you did not apply at checkout
- Loyalty or rewards points not used
7.2 PRE-ORDER PRICING.
Pre-order pricing is guaranteed for your order. If the price increases before release, you pay the lower pre-order price. If the price decreases before release, we will automatically charge the lower price.
SECTION 8: GIFTS AND GIFT CARDS
8.1 GIFT RETURNS.
Items received as gifts:
- May be returned for store credit only
- Original order number required
- 25% restocking fee applies
- Credit issued to recipient, not purchaser
8.2 GIFT CARDS.
- Gift card sales are FINAL. No refunds.
- Not redeemable for cash
- No expiration date
- Not replaceable if lost or stolen

9.2 WARRANTY ASSISTANCE.
The Trigger Store will:
- Provide manufacturer contact information
- Assist with locating receipts/order documentation
- Verify purchase date for warranty qualification
The Trigger Store WILL NOT:
- Accept warranty returns on behalf of manufacturers
- Front replacement products
- Cover shipping costs to manufacturers
- Repair or service products in-house
SECTION 10: DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
10.1 DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- DOCUMENT – Photograph the box before opening
- PHOTOGRAPH – Damaged packaging and contents
- REJECT – You may refuse delivery of visibly damaged packages
- CONTACT US – Within 48 hours of delivery
We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange replacement or refund after claim resolution. Do not discard damaged items until instructed.
10.2 INCORRECT ITEMS.
If you receive an item different from what you ordered:
- DO NOT USE or install the item
- CONTACT US within 48 hours
- PROVIDE order number and photographs
We will provide a prepaid shipping label and send you the correct item.
10.3 MISSING ITEMS.
If your order arrives missing components or accessories:
- CHECK PACKAGING CAREFULLY – Small items may be concealed
- CONTACT US within 48 hours
- PROVIDE order number and list of missing items
We will investigate with our fulfillment team and ship missing items promptly.
SECTION 11: INTERNATIONAL AND APO/FPO ORDERS
11.1 NO INTERNATIONAL RETURNS.
The Trigger Store does not accept international orders. Returns from international addresses will be refused.
11.2 APO/FPO/RESTRICTED ADDRESSES.
Orders shipped to APO, FPO, or restricted military addresses are final sale and cannot be returned due to carrier restrictions and customs complexities.
SECTION 12: CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
12.1 PROHIBITED CONDUCT.
Initiating or attempting to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or transaction dispute with any financial institution or payment processor constitutes an IMMEDIATE AND MATERIAL BREACH of these Terms.
12.2 CONSEQUENCES.
Upon chargeback initiation:

12.3 FIREARM CHARGEBACKS – ADDITIONAL CONSEQUENCES.
If a chargeback is initiated on an order including a serialized part (firearm, receiver, frame) and you remain in possession of that serialized part, this constitutes:
THEFT OF A FIREARM – 18 U.S.C. § 922(u) and § 924(l)
This is a FEDERAL FELONY punishable by up to 10 YEARS IN PRISON.
We will report all firearm-related chargebacks to:
- Local law enforcement authorities
- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF)
- The National Tracing Center
- The FBI – National Crime Information Center (NCIC)
12.4 ZERO EXCEPTIONS POLICY.
There are no exceptions to this policy. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first. We resolve 99% of billing disputes within one business day.

- All returns are subject to 25% restocking fee
- Original shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
- Chargebacks constitute THEFT and will be prosecuted
